Can we meet before we book you?

I would love to meet you before any booking, either in-person or virtually! I try to ensure all my work is customised to your needs, so I would love to hear more about your wedding plans and build a photography coverage plan that is perfect for you.

Can we meet after we have booked you in the lead up to our wedding?

Absolutely, I would encourage at least one meet up for a consultation for your day, to ensure our plans are exactly as you would like and to allow you to completely relax on the day itself with all photography plans taken care of. Again, this can be in-person or virtually.

Do you recommend some time for wedding portraits?

This is completely your choice, but my recommendation is to take 15 minutes or so as a newly married couple to have a few wedding day portrait shots. This generally involves me taking a few natural photographs whilst you have a moment together. Couples often comment on how much they enjoy taking this brief timeout together and how much they will treasure these beautiful photographs.

How many photos will we get?

This depends a little on the photography coverage plan you choose, but for a full day coverage you would typically receive at least 600 photographs, all carefully edited to the highest standard.

Will you travel to our wedding?

Yes absolutely, whilst I am based in Harrogate (North Yorkshire), I also photograph weddings further afield, such as London. If you wedding is within 50 miles, my travel is included within the fee. If you are based further away that, then there would be an additional cost to cover my travel. If this applies to you, then I will discuss this with you and quote accordingly prior to booking.

Will you take formal family photographs?

Yes absolutely, if you would like them. I always recommend we work together in the pre-wedding consultations to get a list of combinations ready for the day to ensure we get through these photographs quickly and you can get back to having fun!

Do you offer engagement shoots?

Yes absolutely, an engagement shoot is a great way of getting used to being in-front of the camera before the big day itself. The engagement shoot is complimentary with the ‘Full Works’ wedding package and can be added to any other wedding package for £195.

Do you have backup equipment?

Yes, I have backups of everything including cameras & lenses. My camera equipment also allows me to save your files to two separate memory card on the day which greatly increases the security of your photographs.

How long will it take until we receive our photographs?

You will receive your online gallery within 8 weeks of the wedding day. However, you will receive a sneak preview gallery within 72 hours, which will share a couple of shots from your day!

Can we print our own photos once we receive them?

Absolutely yes! You have personal printing rights on all photographs provided.

Are you insured?

Absolutely yes, I have public liability, professional indemnity & equipment insurance.

How do we book you?

If you have decided you would like me to photograph your wedding, I would be extremely honoured. To confirm the booking, I will ask you to sign a contract and a £300 deposit is payable. Once both of these have been received, your date is booked!
